Senior Manager - Finance - FinTech Startup - CA

Job Description : This is a critical role in the company. The incumbent in the role will be responsible for all Finance, Accounts, Audit & Taxation related functions.

Key Responsibilities And Duties :

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage the operational budgeting, annual plans, banking & treasury, working capital, cash flow, inventory, receivable, payables and capex controlling

- Handle Taxation, GST and TDS and all other statutory compliances for the company

- Managing investor relations with regular updates, fund raise and relationship building

- Draft, implement, align & maintain the accounting guideline / policies

- Identification of process gaps to mitigate critical risks

- Develop financial models and scenarios to support strategic planning and business decisions.

- Monitor and track budget performance against actual results and provide variance analysis.

- Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators.

- Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.

- Review and improve internal control processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring timely completion and accurate financial reporting.

- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements.

- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and reporting standards.

Profile & Experience :

- A CA with 8-12 years of experience with about 5-7 years in banking and financial services.

- Go-getter with a bias for execution with an ability to deal with complex situations

- Blue sky thinking and ability to provide a structured solution to an unstructured problem

- Collaborative and people manager with the innate ability to carry people with divergent views towards a common goal

- Very good analytical and decision-making skills

- Demonstrated Executive Leadership Capabilities and Excellent Interpersonal Skills.

- Good in software and ability to embrace technology

- Very good Presentation and Communication skills.
