Senior Manager - Finance - Event & Exhibitions Industry - CA

Sr. Manager - Finance in a Event & Exhibitions industry. He will be part of a Finance team responsible for overviewing & managing accounts receivable team, Monthly Closure, Monthly MIS. Work closely with internal & external customers, i.e. Group Directors, Projects Heads, Operations & Marketing Team`s, playing a role of Finance Business Partnering with business. A strong Bridge between Business & Management will be required to adopt best-in-class technologies and periodically acquire new such skills both via self-study and ad-hoc specific trainings.

Role & Responsibility:

- Responsible for Monthly, quarterly and Annual closing

- Monthly Financial Reporting and Analysis

- Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

- Group consolidation and reporting

- Collaborate with business partners.

- O2C Process - Contracts, Rate Cards, Billing, collections, Sales & Outstanding reporting.

- Statutory Audit

- Cash Flow Statement

- Chart of Accounts Maintenance - PFCs, Account codes, Tax Codes

- TM1 Management Reporting System

- System & Process Improvements

- Internal Controls

- Team Management - Trainings, performance review, career plan etc

- Any ad hoc projects

Qualification:

- CA or CA Inter preferred

- Minimum 10 years of experience

- MNC & SAP & or ORACLE experience is MUST.

- Excellent Written & Oral Communication skills

- Understanding of the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (O2C) process

- Knowledge of GST will be an added advantage
