Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Senior Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Finance Manager you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial landscape of our rapidly growing startup, leveraging your expertise to drive financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.

- Preparation of MIS, SBP and other relevant strategic planning documents.

- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to key stakeholders.

Strategic Decision-Making:

- Collaborate with executive leadership to formulate and execute financial strategies that align with the overall business objectives.

- Provide recommendations on investment opportunities, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement.

- Serve as a key point of contact for providing regular updates on financial performance and strategic initiatives.

- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations for board meetings and investment discussions.

Risk Management:

- Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential challenges.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and market conditions affecting the ecommerce sector in India.

Collaboration and Leadership:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with operational goals.

- Mentor and guide junior members of the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CA, CFA, CPA) is a plus.

- Proven experience (5+) in a senior finance role, preferably in the ecommerce or startup industry.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights.

- Experience with cross functional stakeholders.

- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, market trends, and best practices.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
