We are looking out for Sr Mgr - Finance controlling for Noida or chennai locations

Client : Leading Fintech MNC

Role: Sr Manager- Finance controlling

Experience - 3-6 years POST CA experience in finance controlling and compliance

Joining: Mximum30-40 days

The main responsibilities are:

You Will Vibe With Us:


- Facilitate and manage the preparation and review various tax returns like GST, Income tax etc. and the accurate, timely filing of all tax forms.

- Oversight of the company's transfer pricing matters and partnering with multiple stakeholders to provide support on transfer pricing-related issues.

- Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe.

- Coordinate and manage tax audits, inquiries, and notices from various tax authorities.

- Provide support in Month end accounting & reporting within defined timelines.

- Well versed with Accounting Standards like Revenue Recognition, Financial Instruments etc.

- Preparing various Financial Reports

- Support in timely closure of Statutory audit, Internal audit etc.

- Resolving stakeholder queries within defined TAT

- Weekly MIS reporting

- Support in various adhoc projects

- Consolidation of monthly MIS & Management Reporting,

- Board meetings and Annual General Meeting.

- Preparation of Consolidated Budget and monthly rolling forecasts.

- Developed a Key Metrics dashboard for Variance analysis & Decision making.

- Assisted in ERP implementation for consolidated financial reporting.

- Prepare and provide key inputs to Business finance team to arrive path to profitability.

- Not just reporting & accounting knowledge. Taxation & transfer pricing experience.

- Oversight of the company's transfer pricing matters and partnering with multiple stakeholders to provide support on transfer pricing-related issues.

- Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe.

Requirements:

- CA Qualified with 2-4 years of experience. in TAX Compliance and transfer pricing

- Sound accounting knowledge

- Strong analytical skills

- Ability to work in a virtual global team

- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

- Ability to manage multiple-task, Workload and priorities

- Sound working knowledge in MS office

- Strong communication skill
