Senior Manager - Finance Control - CA - BFSI

Roles & Responsibilities

- Ensure financial statements are prepared in conformity with Indian GAAP, Accounting policies & RBI guidelines with complete analysis and within predefined timelines

- Prepare & circulate financial and operating metrics to support business teams

- Provide the thorough analysis of costs at products and function level. Perform trend analysis and variance analysis against budget & present executable action plan to control costs.

- Provide financial analysis as needed, in particular for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations

- Prepare & file regulatory returns and ensure complete compliance with regulatory guidelines

- Lead & manage audits & assessments - internal, statutory, regulatory, Tax authorities etc

- Establish & manage strong internal controls in the company in consultation with functional leaders and Operations/risk teams

- Prepare consolidated financial statements

Education : CA
