Senior Manager - Finance - Conglomerate - CA

Looking to hire Senior Manager Finance for Leading Business Conglomerate at Mumbai. Must have experience into Working capital, banking,Mutual funds & investments. Must have experience in large organization.Qualification - CA (Qualified). 

Experience - 10 Yrs - 12 Yrs.

Please find below the Job Description :

- Preparation of CMA, presentation to management and Consortium Member Bank. Co-ordination for Assessment and Negotiating sanction terms for Working Capital facilities.

- Raising funds - Packing Credit, Working Capital Loan, and Commercial Paper.

- Meetings with credit team of respective Mutual fund house and resolving their queries for set-up new/enhancement in limits.

- Team member of strategic finance decision committee and implementation thereof for optimum utilization of resources with minimum risk.

- Co-ordination with forex team for hedging forex exposure in line with Company policy..

- Finance Cost - Business plan, monthly review with actuals. Presentation to higher up with variance analysis.

- Liaise with banks for establishing a Letter of Credit and arranging suppliers/buyers Credit, Bank Guarantee and other trade products.

- Review of daily basis cash-flow statement, Cash Management, and availability of funds

- Investment of surplus fund with Mutual Fund or Bank deposits.

- Monthly MIS for management - Cumulative Working Capital finance cost, and cash flow position and future planning/payment schedule to meet the business requirements.

- Review and submission of monthly stock Statements for drawing power calculation. Co-ordination for stock audits with various internal and external stakeholders.

- Review and submitting statutory documents to banks

- Maintaining all records of documents executed with lenders along with Sanction letters

- Reviewing all bank accounts of the Company i.e. account opening and closer, KYC Compliance, signatories, online banking and transactions in the account.
