Job Description

1. Loans & borrowings: Preparation of repayment schedule on the basis of loan agreement and sanction letter/term sheet and sharing with lender for their confirmation of all loans

2. Repayment of loans to lenders as per repayment schedule in time bound manner.

3. Liaison with lenders on regular basis for timely debit of loan amount and reversal of extra interest of charged.

4. On quarterly basis ensuring that TDS certificate has been shared with all lenders which are covered under Income Tax Act and resolving there queries, if any.

5. Preparation & Review of various type of details for half yearly & yearly compliance providing to secretarial team.

6. Preparation of monthly reports and its booking in accounting software thereof.

7. Review of lien marked fixed deposit.

2. Finance Charges :

1. Preparation of finance charges for processing fee/syndication fee has been processed as per terms & conditions and as per IND AS.

2. Ensuring whether processing fee has been booked in accounting software in proper GL code and amortization is being done as per IND AS.

3. Treasury :

1. Overviewing of daily fund transfers within time

2. Follow up for receiving and payment of fund

3. Liason with Finance department for projected inflow.

4. Fixed Deposit/Charge ID removal/Others 1. FDR issuance letter to bank for long term FD.

2. Maintaining Long Term FDR details.

3. Preparation of details for encashment of Long Term FDR

4. Arrangement of Long Term FDR Copy from Bank & FI.

5. Arranging TDS Certificate from Bank and sharing thereon.

5. Car loan/lease/Statutory requirements/Others :

1. Handling of car loan/lease profile of the company.

2. Play major role in negotiation with bank at the tine of finalization of ROI.

3. Interaction with internal & statutory auditors for auditing purposes and resolving their queries thereof.

4. Have experience to work as per deadline.

5. Have experience to work on Oracle based accounting software.

6. Expertise knowledge in MS office (word/excel/macros etc.)
