Senior Manager - Finance - CA - Travel Firm

We have an urgent job opening with one of our client which is one of the leading Travel MNC for the position of Sr. Manager finance to be based out in Gurgaon.

Job Description:-

- Preparation of periodic financial statements under Indian GAAP

- Implementation/updation /reporting on SOPs, internal controls and documentation of internal control our financial reporting.

- Managing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets accounting and General Accounting.

- Preparation of MIS viz monthly profitability statement, monthly cash flow statement, projected cash flow statement, finalization of ageing of account receivable & payables, for submission to the management.

- Handling FEMA, Service tax, TDS compliances, Advance Tax calculations

- Secretarial works

- Liaison for statutory audit

- Manage banking relations

- Corporate taxation

- CA Mandatory

Expereince - 9-12 years

- Preference should be from good MNC's.

- Must have people/ team management experience.

- Must be working under IGAAP.
