We are a 600+ people company with offices in Bangalore, New Delhi and Mumbai. Helpchat is available to download for both Android and iOS users. We had raised Rs.100 crore from Sequoia Capital in May 2015.

Position - Senior Finance Manager

Location - Bangalore

Salary - Upto 25 LPA

Job Role:

Helpchat is a young fast growing business to consumer chat platform. We are in the process of building a high quality team capable of handling the pace of scale up as the organization. As a Senior Manager in finance, the position will be responsible for end- to- end finance activities ranging from accounting, statutory compliance, investor reporting, internal controls, audit and taxation.

Desired Candidate:

- The candidate should qualified CA.

- Similar role in a previous profile is a must

- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls and accounting procedures and policies

- Good working knowledge of Income tax matters, Service Tax, labour laws and other key compliances is a must

- Should have handled complete GL responsibility including periodic book closure

- Should have experience in handling banking relations and funds management

- The candidate should also possess good communication skills for writing reports or to present complex financial concepts and strategies to colleagues as well as clients.

- The candidate also need to be detail-oriented, self-motivated and familiar with the workings of the economy, tax laws.

- The candidate should have team leading experience

Skill required:

- CA with 6-8 years of experience preferably with Big Consulting stint/articleship and start-up experience

- Entrepreneurial thinking

- Analytical abilities

- Self-starter

- Effective inter personal and communication skills

- Ability to handle pressure

- Tally working knowledge is a must

- Leadership capabilities

- Ability to think through and implement systems and processes
