Hiring for Sr. Manager- Finance / Retail

Location : Gurgaon

- CA with Big 4 Articles or Three to four years of working Exp in Big 4.

- Relevant industry experience in Retail/ FMCG will be preferred

JD :

- Formulating & implementing policies, procedures and internal control systems for effective financial operations; preparing Annual Business Plan and Cash Flow Budget.

- Managing the P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance and Projected Financials of the business.

- Forecasting of year end financials on monthly basis with explanations for major variations. Variance analysis of Expected vs Actual financials & taking corrective actions basis opportunities & threats.

- Routine accounting matters, involving coordination with Partner retailers for timely action related to payments and information requirements.

- Banking

- Statutory Compliance including GST, TDS, etc and assessments

- Leading the various projects with respect to SAP B1

- Check stock accuracy between physical stocks and logical stocks and work towards bridging the deviations

- Perform appropriate credit planning and overdue analysis.

- Facilitate internal and statutory audits and ensure appropriate dosing of accounts on time. Interface with auditors and take corrective / preventive action to sustain and improve standards.
