Senior Manager - Finance - CA - Online Furniture Firm

We have an opportunity for a Sr. Manager-Finance for a leading online furniture firm. (CA mandatory)

PFB JD for the role:

Part of senior management, the person reports to CFO and handles a team. The organization is looking at highly driven candidates who have potential of becoming Financial controller in future.

- Main focus will be towards cost optimization, cost reduction.

- Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends;

- Analysing change and advising accordingly for cost control

- Formulating strategic and long-term business plans;

- Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance;

- Analysing competitors and market trends;

- Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;

- Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems;

- Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines;

- Managing budgets;

- Arranging new sources of finance for a company's debt facilities;

- Supervising staff;

- Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
