Job Outline:-

Design a Monitoring and Information System (MIS) for the company as well as for various departments. For example, Commercials Department, Finance Department, Academic Programmes, Faculty, Research, Institute, Centres etc.

Review the overall policies, processes and systems of the company to find any gaps and suggest improvements.

Assist the various Business Units and departments in understanding the implications of financial data as it affects them, and to further disaggregate the information for increased efficiency and effectiveness

With the help of thorough analysis, participate in setting the strategic direction for the Company.

Contribute to benchmarking processes with best practices to enhance overall efficiency of the Company

Review proposals. E.g. Capex/Project Proposals and assess their financial viability.

Review department budget templates, suggest improvements

Review department budgets proposals by the various departments

Report the quarterly analysis of the budget.

Report on compliances relating to the internal audit observations.

Job Responsibility:

Create regular MIS reports

Review the overall system processes, project proposals.

Review of department budgets and budget templates, quarterly review.

Reporting on internal compliances related to audit observations.

Ensure various policies and procedures of the school are updated.
