Senior Manager - Finance - CA - Consulting/Training Firm

One of our leading clients in Consulting and Training is looking for a Sr. Manager-Finance, based out of Delhi.

Competencies Desired :

Working with a small team, the position holder must be competent to independently handle:

- Accounts finalization and consolidation with multiple foreign subsidiaries accounts

- Leading Revenue Cycle Management

- Taking charge and responsibility for timely invoicing and collection

- Negotiating and finalizing various types of Insurance covers for Company

- Monthly closing, MIS, Audit

- Preparing/Checking the monthly and year-end provisions.

- Preparing and releasing monthly MIS reports relating to business verticals and projects, as well as the P&L of entities & group, as per defined templates and timelines.

- Handling and supervising statutory, tax & internal audit coordination and ensuring satisfactory closure of all issues to get audit reports in timely manner.

- Ensuring timely legal compliances; helping in reviewing & negotiating customer contracts

Key attributes:

- Qualified CA

- Article training from large reputed CA firm

- Work experience in IT/ Services / Consulting company

- Excellent and fast excel skills

- Willing to work hard and learn new things

- Capability to deliver very high level of performance in very demanding environment

- Good, mature team player and leader

- Good spoken & written English

- 6 to 12 years post-qualification relevant work experience
