Opportunity | Senior Manager - Finance Business Partner | Bangalore

Qualification: CA

Salary Budget: 15.0 LPA to 18 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities : 

A. Overall Planning (Long term and short term) :

- Working closely with finance head in driving long term strategic financials (3YP / 5YP) for the company

- Closely work with other functions and anchor overall budgeting exercise and tracking of actuals

- Plan presentation for leadership and investors

 - Quarterly / monthly / weekly business forecast

- Submission of plans to Corporate FP&A team

B. Financial analysis and Management Reporting

- Ownership of overall P&L; working with other sub-functions in Finance and functional teams (as required) to drive the business performance to plan

- Business performance tracking and management reporting (including Balance sheet and Cash flow).

- Detail monitoring, review and control over Opex and Capex budgets

- Lead governance of Capex approvals by governing committee (build robust business case for proposals)

- Timely reporting and performance review calls with HQ Finance team

C. Process Improvisation and Value management

- Improvise planning process through automation

- Insightful reporting to support business decisions - competition review etc

- Work on cross functional projects to drive cost optimization / capital efficiency

- Anchor Cost transformation initiative working with various stakeholders and manage complete governance

- Assess funding need basis Cash flow forecast and partner with treasury team to ensure timely infusion

Experience/Qualifications/Skills :

A. EDUCATIONALQUALIFICATIONS:

- CA or MBA with premier institute, with experience of 3-5 years

B. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

- Experience in area of FP&A, Business Finance and Operations Finance for scaled up start ups with B2C operations
