- Define the methodology and design solutions to calculate and forecast balance sheet positions and key Treasury, Risk and Balance Sheet Management metrics.

- Ensure documentation of all underlying methodologies, design, assumptions and operating models and ongoing support to end-users.

- Co-lead migration of existing tactical solutions to strategic platforms.

- Communication with desks, policy owners and risk managers to understand user needs, resolve issues and promote usage of the products developed.

Schedule and manage workloads for individual projects :

- Co-lead in drawing strategic direction of Treasury platforms and plan projects accordingly.

- Work with Lead Solution Architects to implement Balance Sheet risk methodologies utilizing newest generation of Moody's platforms and in-house rapid development quant applications.

- Challenge and validate proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with requirements that maximise business benefits while bearing in mind scalability and optimization of resources.

- Develop a deep understanding of key regulatory and management metrics within the team, identify their main drivers and provide users with proper tools for effective Liquidity management.

- Ensure that Variance Analysis & back-testing on the existing models are conducted and necessary modifications made to improve the effectiveness of the model.

- Ensure all BAU deliverables including periodical reports, model / platform maintenance etc. on time.

People Management :

- Develop strong functional content and share best practices across various teams and aim towards enhancing the analytical quotient in all reports / metrics submitted to the stakeholders.

- Provide guidance and support to junior members on teams in defining methodologies, developing prototypes and validating solutions

- Responsible for defining annual KPIs and Objectives for team and ensuring these are achieved throughout the year.

- Monitor and manage team's book of work - tracking priorities, risks, issues and critical deliverables

- Manage bi-annual performance reviews for the team, maintain career development plans and participate in management meetings to discuss people development.

Business Partner Engagement :

- Act as primary contact for core M&P management team and as key escalation contact

- Pro-actively engage, manage and build strong relationships with Treasury business, Finance Change and Operations, and Technology (including vendors) stakeholders to align development roadmap to business priorities and ensure consistency and promptness in service delivery.

Process and Service Management :

- Establish robust control and governance on the process.

- Drive productivity and achieve cost efficiencies through continuous improvement initiatives.

- Drive a culture to measure and manage through appropriate productivity, service quality metrics etc.

- Ensure detailed documentation and it is up to date for all processes

- Ensure all queries for submitted reports are reverted within timelines
