- We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager - Finance and Accounts to oversee financial operations, ensure tax compliance, and manage accurate and timely accounting processes.

- The role requires a proactive professional with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in direct and indirect tax compliance, financial statement preparation, and statutory audits.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Direct Tax Compliance:

- Compute TDS liability on a monthly basis and file TDS returns (26Q, 24Q & 27Q) quarterly.

- Revise TDS returns to address discrepancies and eliminate demands.

- Analyze TDS applicability for various transactions and verify defaults or late payment interest.

- Issue TDS/TCS certificates quarterly and prepare 26AS reconciliation for IT return filing.

Indirect Tax Compliance:

- Compute monthly GST liability and file GSTR 3B and GSTR 1 across multiple states.

- Reconcile GST ITC with books and GSTR2A/2B reports, following up with vendors for discrepancies.

- Prepare data for annual GST returns and audits, ensuring timely e-payment of GST.

- Handle GST registration and amendments as required.

Accounts and General Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with Schedule III of the Companies Act 2013 and Accounting Standards.

- Manage balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, audit reports, and income tax return computations.

- Conduct analytical reviews of P&L and balance sheet accounts, prepare cash flow and cash forecast statements.

- Maintain accurate bookkeeping in Tally ERP9 and oversee general ledger activities through periodic scrutiny.

- Monitor supplier advance payments, outstanding balances, and aging analysis.

- Prepare data and manage requirements for statutory audits, ensuring timely closure of books for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of TDS and GST compliance.

- Proficiency in Tally ERP9 and financial reporting.

- Expertise in financial statement preparation and analysis.

- Hands-on experience in managing statutory audits and compliance requirements.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to meet strict deadlines and multitask effectively.
