Job Profile :

- Having knowledge of Indian Accounting standards (Ind AS) , Corporate laws and SEBI Laws.

- Knowledge of preparation of required data for IPO process including certifications

- Have worked with Independent Chartered Accountant and statutory auditor for finalization of circle ups, restated financials statements, certifications, comfort letters etc. for IPO.

- Working knowledge of Management Development Analysis for DRHP

- Working exposure for finalization of quarterly financials for publishing

- The candidate must have prior IPO experience.

- Monthly closing of books and regular day to day accounting

- Had worked in Ind AS accounting and Indian GAAP

- Working knowledge of preparation of standalone Balance sheet & Consolidation as per Ind As

- Knowledge of SAP accounting software will have an added advantage

- Good Knowledge of Excel and MS office tools

- Good communication skills
