- Senior Manager: Should be an - expert- at - Order To Cash- and - proficient- with - Procure To Pay- . Any additional exposure to Record To Report, is a bonus.
Must-to-have requirement for role:
- Very strong communication skills (would be useful to administer Versant; Would be required to liason with (senior) internal and external vendors.)
- Proven experience in having supported transitions from onshore locations & ability to interact with customers, is a must.
- Interest in doing a Training role for at least 2 years.
- Strong project management skills (need not be PMP certified but proven ability in handling assignments across multiple teams, sticking to timelines, governance).
- Considering that we might not be hiring - pure play- trainers, we need to assess this based on any process improvement projects they have driven in their domains.
- Strong at MS-PowerPoint (They need to create training content)
- Willingness to work in a 2.30 - 12 PM shift.
