Senior Manager Finance & Accounts
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual financials along with relevant schedules & RPT reporting within designated timelines.
2. To ensure posting of all accounting entries in accounting software.
3. To prepare monthly MIS for management and provide reports/statements as per business requirements.
4. Responsible for getting done Statutory Audit, Internal audit, Tax Audit, any other Audit as applicable within the given timelines.
5. Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements, GST/TDS/TCS Reconciliations, Customer Ageing Analysis etc.
6. Ensuring Statutory Compliance with respect to various laws/rules/regulations.
7. Expert knowledge of tax withholding, payroll processing, direct and indirect tax compliances.
8. Responsible for Financial Operations viz. Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Treasury, Governance and Controls including Correct & timely invoicing and payment to vendors.
9. Ensuring timely billing to Customers and collection of bills as per terms of Contract.
10. Responsible for Debtor Reconciliations on periodic basis & conducting ageing analysis.
11. Responsible for developing & maintaining financial and accounting policies & procedures.
12. Monitoring Working Capital Management and Funds management.
13. Responsible for corporate fund planning & financial management including fund mobilization. Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
14. Preparing and monitoring budget for the organization and carrying out variance analysis.
15. Interaction with key internal & external stakeholders regarding various governance, compliance & business operations related matters.
16. To perform any other work allocated by management based on Organizational requirement.
Experience:
1. Chartered Accountant with 7-10 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the Renewable Energy sector.
2. Experience of working in a fast-paced organization/ start up environment.
3. Proficiency in technical aspects of accounting and accounting standards (including IND AS & IGAAP) as applicable in India.
4. Excellent working knowledge of SAP/Intacct or any other accounting software
5. Must be proficient in using Windows Operating System as well as Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), etc.
