We are hiring for the leading brand in pharmaceutical majorly into API and Chemical Manufacturers.

Designation Sr. Manager - Finance and Accounts

Reporting to (position) : CFO

Direct Reports (Nos) : 10

Industry Prefrance : Pharmaceutical

Key Role & Responsibilities :

- Oversee the Account and Finance operation of the Company and Dealing with Statutory Auditors to ensure timely quarterly Audited Financial Statement Reporting to BSE/NSE. Preparation of Finance & Accounts MIS for Board Meetings.

- Liaising with Banks for fundraising and day-to-day operations. Ensure Limit renewals with the best rate of interest.

- To manage finance activities, working capital limits. guarantees long-term & short-term loans. Monthly Stock Submission for the Working capital at fixed intervals.

- Ensuring efficient management of payable and receivables balances, cash, banking and all issues relating to working capital. Supervising customer credit clearance and collection procedures.

- Prepare the trend charts for the expenses and highlight the deviations and propose necessary actions, Preparations of various Budgets Monthly/Quarterly/Annually including the capital budget & arrange for its review from time to time. Management of Debtors & Creditors payments as per the company policy.

- Propose digitalization & automation of the system to improve productivity across the organization

- Ensure Monthly provisional profit and loss statement is made for Inter Management Discussion

- Fixed Asset Accounting and Capital Expenditure Controls development adhocate philosophy of system audit int the process of accounting.

- Build and train a team to achieve First and right Linkages within/outside the organization Internal Directors Factory Marketing Purchase, HR , Secretarial External Statutory Auditor SEBI Banks & Financial Institution ECGC Association

Job specification Experience :

- Min 5-8 Years experience as an Account & Finance Manager

Qualification : Chartered Accountant, Preferably with CS

CTC Range ; 18-20 LPA but Negotiable for right candidate Target Company

If Any Certifications/Training : SAP, Google Skills / Competencies Accounts Closing and MIS

- Good communication skills Ability to lead a team.

- Knowledge of SAP Hard working Costing
