Job Designation : Sr. Manager - Finance & Accounts (Mumbai)

Number of Position(s) : 01

Qualification : Accounting (Commerce) and/or CA / ICWA (Inter)

Experience : 13 to 15

Job Description :

- Candidate should have at least 10 - 15 years of relevant experience accounting function, preferably in development or other commercial projects.

- Should possess demonstrated knowledge on managing finance and accounting of a private limited company.

- Understanding of compliance requirements for a not-for-profit, such as FCRA, Sec 12A etc are preferable.

- Should have excellent analytical skills and ability to proactively take up and resolve challenging situations.

- Candidate should have excellent communication skills (oral as well as written) and should be proficient in MS office and various other accounting ERP softwares.

- Demonstrated ability to work in a team keeping cordial relationship with all departments.

- The candidate should be flexible to work extra hours during exigencies.

- Prior experience in working with Non-Profit Organization would be highly desirable.

- Managing a team of accountants and preferably an entire accounts function in an organization.

- Focus on more critical finance functions

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor- s/Master's degree in Accounting (Commerce) from Mumbai University and/or CA/ ICWA (Inter)
