Pos: Sr.Manager - Fin & Accts

Qual: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Exp : 8 - 12 yrs

CTC : 30 - 35 lacs

Location: Chennai

Team handling Role : Should have handled atleast 10+ members in the perivous or current assignments

About the Company

A listed NBFC headquartered in Chennai with an extensive network spread over 8 states with 370+ branches and has an AUM of 6000+ crores.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and maintain Management reports/ Monthly Financial reports including balance sheets, profit and loss statements and cash - flow statements.

2. Prepare variance analysis on a monthly basis and highlight key issues and unusual items and provide recommendation to remediate.

3. Preparation of annual budgets, prepare monthly MIS for Management, provide ad-hoc analysis and flash reports to management.

4. Preparation of RBI returns and monitoring other statutory compliances.

5. Co-ordination with auditors

6. Front ending new IT implementations with regard to finance and accounts.

7. Effective team manager with 10-20 team members reporting to this profile.

8. Data Analytics and data mining

9. 4+ years of experience

10. Expertise in Office Tools MS Excel, Power Point Skills

11. The candidate should be proactive, self-starter, orientation to become a strong Team Leader

12. Role would require interaction with Cross functional teams and various external auditors / consultants.

13. Working knowledge of NBFC sectors during post qualification or during article ship would be an added advantage.
