Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts (Manufacturing)

Accounting Process/Adherence & MIS:

- Responsible for accurate booking of entries as per GAAP and always timely closing (of succeeding month) of monthly & quarterly accounting activities

- Responsible for timely reconciliation of vendor accounts on monthly and quarterly basis.

- Responsible for strict control on cash expenses and its process. Payments are scheduled and made as per credit terms and in sequence of their bill/due dates.

Financial Budgeting, planning & operational cost

- Responsible for Unit level budgeting planning and operational cost adherence

- Responsible for Revenue and expenditure variance analysis: monthly MIS

- Responsible for Monthly presentation of MIS on Plant KPI's and Accounting KPI's along-with variance analysis of OPEX budget v/s actuals & YTD comparison Cashflow management: daily MIS, monthly schedule, month-end reports

Statutory Compliances:

- Responsible for Statutory compliance as per the requirement

- Responsible for booking of TDS liability, Correct booking of GST Receivable - zero audit queries, Quarterly follow-up with vendors on GSTR2A differences to avoid GST input loss.

Audit /Inventory:

- Responsible for audit Coordinated quarterly Internal Audit program with all stakeholders & process owners by initiating IDR process and closing the Audit.

- Responsible for audit of inventory verification online /physical as per set guidelines

- Responsible for Month on month reporting on ageing Finished Goods inventory and vis- vis tracking of liquidation plan to keep track of progress of stock liquidation.

Qualification And Experience:

1. Should have 8-12 years of Experience in F&A & Good understanding of revenue recognition principles & Strong accounting knowledge of U.S. GAAP and understanding of controls.

2. Ability to embrace change, being flexible and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

3. Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and manage the details.
