Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts - FMCG/Hospitality/Hotel/Retail

- Responsible for monitoring accounts payables & receivables, Fixed Assets, insurance and audit compliance. 

- Overseeing the ERP Implementation and other new initiatives in Finance as well as review and monitoring of internal process controls.

- Represent organization's financial compliance to Auditors, Regulatory Authorities along with any submissions and forecasts, including monthly / annual closing reports.

- Ensuring all statutory timelines are met with 100%

- Oversee the payable management system.

- Guide & Enable the Audit & receivables.

- Build work relations of the team with audit committee and external auditors.

- Extensively monitor and oversee the RAMCO system.

- Partner with other function heads and provide them with RAMCO support including Master creation, GL Creations etc.

- Monitor developments on the fixed assets & insurance processes.

- Responsible for rolling out new initiatives.

- Ensuring that internal control processes are adhered.

- Perform the role of a people manager for the department :

a. Manage and support recruitment, set KRA's for direct reports, monitor overall department KRA's, conduct performance appraisal

b. Oversee team development and drive motivation levels of the team

c. Monitor team welfare, facilitate complaint resolution to manage efficiency levels and drive timely delivery of all operational
