Job title - Senior Manager - F&A

Job role :

- Role incumbent will be responsible for managing end to end Finance operations which includes R2R, P2P, O2C along with managing transformation and transition of the process as well.

- Will be handling a large team being responsible for their functional and administrative deliverables and interacting with senior stakeholders for the purpose of driving P&L for the said accounts.

- Will be leading value added service in the process such as process improvement, process re-engineering, transformation etc., in the capacity of operations Manager.

Desired skill set:-

- Should be from global environment having 12+ years of work experience all 3 towers / or any 1 tower of F&A operations along with having strong expertise in managing P&L globally.

- Should have handled minimum of 50+ team members being majorily responsible for productivity, attrition and performance management.

- Should be open to work with shifts.
