Sr. Manager - Finance & Accounts

Reports to : VP - F&A

Qualification: CA, MBA

CTC - 16 Lacs pa

Required Experience : 3-5 years

Non- Banking Financial Company, focused on MSME, NBFC & Retail lending.

Responsibilities includes :

- Over viewing Accounts function of the company

- Preparation of Quarterly and Half yearly Financial Reports & ensuring smooth closure of Audit

- Implementing & responsible for IND AS compliance like ECL, EIR & Lease accounting, etc.

- Overseeing Monthly productivity MIS involving liasioning with HOD's about its department's financial performance, Cost Control MIS & Budget variance analysis.

- Identifying automation opportunities in the Finance function and implementing appropriate solutions for such opportunities

- Overseeing Migration of existing Loan management system to a new LMS

- Assist with oversight, review & follow up for various transactional components in a merger transaction between two NBFCs.

- Ensuring proper & timely execution of Direct & Indirect Tax compliances

- Financial Reporting, Regulatory Compliances & Financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
