A ) Financial & Management Accounting :
- To ensure maintenance of books of accounts, timely preparation and finalization of financial statements (as per INDAS & IFRS), including compliance with listing agreement and provisions of Companies Act 2013
- To ensure all statutory compliances including timely payments of statutory taxes and filing of returns
- Manage payables, receivables, inventory, general ledger and all other general accounting aspects
- Managing Direct taxation compliances including coordination with Income tax authorities/consultants
- To carry out project accounting, WIP including capitalization of commissioned project and to monitor CAPEX on regular basis
- To identify and develop customized MIS reports to cater the business needs. To analyze these reports on regular basis as management control tool
- Analysing and Submission of Management Reports
- Monitoring submission of Monthly Group Financial Reports (to overseas Holding Company)
B ) Statutory and tax Audit :
- Co-ordination with external auditors and Finance team on preparing audit plan
- Monthly, Half Yearly and Yearly Closing Activities including Reporting of Financials & MIS to overseas holding company
C ) Transfer Pricing & Other related Direct Taxation Compliances :
- Extraction of Data from the Financial Books of Account for the purposes of Transfer Pricing Assignment.
- Liaise and work with Deloitte our Consultants and Auditors for Transfer Pricing Assignment.
