Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts

Finance & Accounting :

- Managing monthly financial close process

- Account balance reconciliations.

- Preparation of account analyses

- Development/establishment of accounting Policies,

Procedures and operational Strategies :

- Collaborate with Auditors to ensure compliances.

- Prepare financial statements variances.

Budgeting & Budget Control :

- Development and preparation of annual budget and monthly forecasting.

- Review of transactions and use of funds for departments.

- Review of Purchase Requisitions, Journal Vouchers, Budget transfers.

Taxation :

- Tax Planning and review Income Tax returns.

- Identify and mitigate tax risks.

- Manage tax provision and tax compliance processes

Fund raising/ Treasury Management :

- Issuance and discounting of Letter of Credits, Bank Guarantees

- Performing treasury activities related to cash flow, borrowings, debt, capital management.

- Ensure availability of funds for day-to-day operations and Project activities

Statutory Compliances :

- Statutory compliances of TDS, GST, Excise Duty, Customs Duty etc.

- Financial Reports preparations and reports generations

Qualification :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant, 5 - 12 years of experience in the relevant field in an organization of reputation.

- Should possess excellent written & verbal communication skills. Must be proficient in Excel, Tally and SAP.
