Senior Manager - Finance & Account - NBFC

- Responsible for leading complex financial analysis and research, and accounting of various business initiatives and / or company-wide operations providing technical expertise.

- Responsible for directing and controlling the financial accounting systems, account reconciliation and to review financial reporting in a professional and cost effective manner so as to ensure accuracy and integrity of the company's financial records.

- To ensure timely submission of the financial data to statutory / regulatory authorities.

- To direct the review of returns and follow up on unusual transactions, account balances, activities and procedures and timely and accurate submission of returns.

- Supervises the preparation of tax returns estimated payments and tax provision to ensure the calculations are accurate and timely.

- Maintains professional relationship with and manages auditor activities to minimize audit scope and duration.

- Researches and responds to audit issues.

- Defining the frame work and strategy to procure particular goods/services

- Develop, manage and implement comprehensive strategies that are in alignment with the business objectives to deliver or exceed on agreed saving targets.

- Evaluation of feasibility of new product procurement's from cost perspective.

- Identifying and Development of specific vendors for High Impact Purchase items.
