Senior Manager - Finance

- Strong knowledge on Accounts preparation (PL, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow with notes on Accounts) both on Stand alone and Consolidation.

- Strong knowledge on INDAS ( Indian Accounting Standards)

- Strong knowledge and experience of Consolidation of accounts minimum 5 to 10 companies.

- Ability and experience to handle Statutory auditors (Big-4 level or tire-2 audit firm level)

- Ability to handle statutory audit of group companies on a consolidated basis

- Experience on other audits like Internal audits and Tax audits.
