Senior Manager - Finance

- Experience on PE Funds, Hedge Funds, US GAAP, accounting advisory, training, audit, due diligence, IFRS and securities offering assignments in India / abroad

- Financial reporting under IFRS, and Indian GAAP

- Working knowledge of financial regulatory matters

- Expertise level of knowledge in at least one of the functions -Financial reporting for Investment Companies; Capital Markets; Financial Planning and Budgeting;

- Working knowledge on finance tools and ERP's (SAP/Oracle/Tally/Power BI/Tableau/Qlick View)

Technical Skills: AAS

- Experience of executing projects in the area of shared services and outsourcing, frame strategy , feasibility phase to design and implementation / relevant post-qualification experience in finance transformation or in Industry experience (finance function) / relevant experience in finance & accounting and account reconciliation tool / experience in L&D, coaching, content designing, LMS tools (as applicable)

- Excellent communication and presentation skills are required for client relationship building.

- Imperative to have a strong analytical bent of mind which further helps in projecting trends in forecasts/numbers to clients.
