Responsibilities:
1. P&L and Revenue Management:
- Collaborate closely with the business head to drive the profitability and revenue growth of the business unit while ensuring cost optimization.
- Develop and monitor financial performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Assist in analyzing financial statements, forecasts, and budgets to drive data-driven decision-making.
2. Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Assist the Business Head in developing and executing short-term and long-term business strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to sustain growth.
- Drive operational efficiency by implementing process improvements and strategic initiatives.
3. People & Talent Management:
- Assist the Business Head in overseeing recruitment, training, and team development to build a high-performing workforce.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and performance-driven work culture.
- Ensure effective workforce planning to meet business needs and scalability requirements.
4. Operations & Decision-Making:
- Support day-to-day operations under the guidance of the Business Head to ensure smooth business execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, HR) to align business goals.
- Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support high-impact decision-making.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- 5-7 years of experience in a leadership or business management role.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, revenue generation, and business operations.
- Experience in hiring, team management, and people leadership.
- Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
