Senior Manager - Exports - Printing & Packaging Firm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Primary role will be to expand Exports i.e. Business development. This would entail appointing new distributors all over the world and to expand sales with end customers. So relevant B2B experience is a must.

- Responsible for generating and enhancing the sales of the company's products in the International Market.

- To make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers

- Analyzing the trends of the customers and developing sales plans and strategies to meet their needs

- Plan and coordinate the international shipment of goods

- Ensure adherence to country-specific importation legislation

- Develop relations within the supply chain to explore existing supplier and distributor base

- Collect advance payment or payment against LC-(letter of credit)

- Follow up the CNF & ensure proper documentation

- To constantly appoint new distributors & review existing distributor's performance and monitor their work

- Participate in various exhibitions and seminars and design of all required marketing collaterals

- To manage the account of all customers in the concerned geography. i.e sales coordination and processing the sales order.

CANDIDATE PROFILE DESIRED:

- Total experience of 9-15 years

- Possessing the ability to find Buyers / Prospective customers via different mediums

- Exposure of working with labelling, packaging, printing industry is desired

- Preference would be given to somebody dealing in international market or catering directly to international clients for exports with relevant B2B,B2C and business development experience.
