Senior Human Resource Manager/HR Executive
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale.
- Conduct regular communication sessions to keep employees informed about company policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
- Work with managers to set performance goals and provide guidance on performance improvement.
- Identify and implement strategies to recognize and reward high-performing employees.
Training and Development:
- Assess training needs and develop programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees.
- Implement onboarding programs for new hires to facilitate a smooth integration into the organization.
- Encourage continuous learning and professional development opportunities for all employees.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
- Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and update policies accordingly.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices align with legal requirements.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage the compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
- Conduct regular benchmarking to stay informed about industry trends and make recommendations for adjustments.
- Administer employee benefit programs and resolve related issues.
- HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Establish and track key HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on HR-related activities and trends.
