Job Purpose:

Drive the excellence and strategic initiatives for the flagship business (1st Generation Ethanol)

Key Job Success factors (Key Responsibilities) :

1. Define & implement yearly Operational Excellence initiatives.

2. Responsible for developing the short & long-term strategic plans and objectives through the identification of strategic issues and opportunities that could influence business growth and profitability

3. Build financial projections based on current trends and future expectations and set strategic goals for the company in consultation with the SBU Head

4. Help SBU head to review performance and progress of various function

5. Establish Key Performance Indicators to measure business performances and determine the effectiveness of the implemented strategies.

6. Build analytical models & execute regular financial, performance, competitive & market analysis for the business in order to comprehensively value business opportunities.

7. Leading and devising strategy/account plan for the Key Accounts and driving the critical initiatives identified.

8. Take part in various studies including Forecasting & Analysis, Competitor Analysis & Benchmarking studies

9. Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the SBU`s office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management.

Other Responsibilities:

1. Keep track of performance of Strategic Business Unit and raise proactive alarm

2. Support SBU head in preparing the annual business plan

3. Periodic reviews of Strategic business plans and follow up actions with various functions for completion.

4. Coordinate with the direct reports of the SBU Head for MIS, do analysis based on the data and present it to the SBU Head

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, and Power Point).
