Senior Manager - Exchange Business Vertical - Automobiles

Responsibilities, role, task & duties of position-

Exchange Business Vertical:

1. Manage Lifecycle value of New products and make policies for various scenarios. Develop and nurture Exchange Business vertical at dealerships to support new car Sales 


2. Prepare and execute matrix for exchange and prepare schemes to enhance penetration of exchange business in new car sales

3. Develop Exchange business vertical for dealers to support profitability

4. Build Network of brokers for back to back, tie ups with online portals to promote pre owned car sales

5. Introduce innovative products leveraging exchange to increase consideration for company products

6. Arrange BTL events, Exchange campaigns, bidding campaigns, Test drive campaigns etc. 


7. Monitor and control expenses as per approved budget

8. Market Trend Analysis, order loss analysis, non consideration reasons, making tactical counter measures, and reaction management and rolling forecasting

Allied Businesses & Activities:

1. Support Corporate Sales to develop and maintain strong relationship with financiers and Leasing companies for mutually beneficial and innovative retail enhancing products leveraging exchange.

2. Create innovative products to manage replacement cycle in partnership with Retail and Corporate customers

Field Sales Team Support:

1. Support Field Sales Team to achieve targets by increasing Exchange Penetration

2. Data base management to generate enquiries from prospected cars expected to reach replacement cycle

3. Preparation & support in execution of annual dealer business plan & record dealer commitment for same

4. Lead Dealer Exchange Teams to ensure consideration and target achievement.

Dealer Business Management system:

1. Co create and customise Dealer Management Software to support Exchange business, Claim settlement through system

2. Create MIS and dashboards for daily, weekly, monthly and annual reviews for Dealers, Field Team, Top Management

3. Digital claim processing and pay out

4. Build safety audit & review mechanisms to ensure compliances 


5. Ensure timely dealer pay-outs for all corporate sales related eligible claims before 15th of month

Reporting and Payment

1. Maintain Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports of the corporate sales trends, data management and prospecting mechanism to be implemented at Dealers and Corporate and Region level

2. Ensures timely payment of all eligible claims of dealership before 10th of subsequent month

3. Escalates unresolved issues at next superior level so that business does not get impacted

Leadership:

1. Managing and delegating work to direct reports

2. Create a healthy working environment within the team

3. Support & motivate the team to achieve targets

4. Ensure maintenance of defined budgets in terms of expenses and headcount
