Brief Job Description:

1. Creating Awareness : Conducting training programmes (Class Room & Web Based training).
2. Concern Management: Registration, follow-up & feedback of concerns received through various whistle blowing mechanism.
3. Management Update: Lending support in preparing MIS for senior management, Ethics committee, Audit committee, etc.
4. MASS Communication: Organising & conducting mega events including ethics month, town hall events, meeting at shop floor, Ethics Line walk etc.
5. People Development: Developing training/communication packs
