Senior Manager - ESG Consulting

Clients 'Climate & Energy Consulting' team that advises private clients in Energy Transition is looking for Directors/Senior Managers.

- Advise clients in strategy, implementation & investments related to new & renewable energy/Cleantech i.e., Solar, Wind, Hydro, Green H2, Carbon Capture & such decarbonization technologies

- Advise clients in operations & maintenance improvements (eg: digital interventions) in solar & wind generation

Desired experience:

- Interested candidate should have exposure to new & renewable energy projects e.g.: project evaluation or in development or in operations;

- Should have experience in working with renewable energy generators / developers / investors focused on cleantech or OEMs in this space.

Desired skills:

- Good communication skills & executive presence

- Good analytical and problem solving skills

- Team building & people skills

- Consulting experience preferred but NOT mandatory

- Client Management

Qualifications:

- Experience: 10-14 years

- Education: B.tech + MBA from tier-1 B school is preferred
