Hiring for client Telecom infrastructure Industries based out at Gurgaon.
ROLE: Sr. Manager Sales - Delhi State
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular close contact account management which includes regular face to face meetings, telephone and email communication and ensuring that all transactions are profitable and meet the Gross Profit targets required by a company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE:
- Solution Selling & Site Sharing Concept to the operators [ODSC, RTP, IBS]
- Present solutions by organizing customer meetings and workshops.
- Target Market - Delhi Region
- Target Customers - Telecom Operators
- Technical Solutions to the Operators and Internal Technology Team.
- Develop and strengthen customer relationship by organizing marketing activities.
- Explore sales opportunities by presenting products and solutions to existing and potential customers.
- Spearheading single-handedly end-to-end sales, key account management &
- customer support for all projects taken up in Delhi/ NCR region (the largest
- region for the country in terms of Portfolio & Revenue).
- Procure necessary business approvals for projects involving services that include IBS (in-building solutions), RTP (Roof top Poles), small cells (low- powered cellular radio access nodes) and RESNET solution.
- Coordinate between internal stakeholders and the accounts (that include
- Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel & Vodafone Idea) to ensure installation, service, and handling of products.
- Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Maintaining DSO of 35 days for all monthly invoices.
- Customized solution for OPCOs wish list & network expansion.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Degree in relevant area (BE / B. Tech or Graduation) with preferably a higher degree (M. Tech / MBA)
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 10+ years of Post Qualification Experience

- Work within a matrix organization structure Pan India
- Demonstrated ability of effectively allocating priorities and strategies to achieve results and attain improvements consistent with business plans
- A self-starter with the ability to act autonomously
- Ability to manage complex and time critical projects
- Proven and inspirational leadership presence, contribution at the Executive team level
- Considerable experience providing Management advice and working with COO
- Experience in telecommunication sector will be highly regarded
- Team player and Confident decision maker
