Role - Senior Manager - Enterprise Sales - US MNC
Location - Delhi
Responsibilities
- This is an individual contributor role and doesn't involve team management.
- Business Development and enterprise sales initiatives
- Develop and manage all aspects of relationships with enterprise partners
- Build relationships founded on trust and integrity to facilitate opportunities
- Provide feedback and input on product roadmap for India market
Requirements
- Top Tier MBA graduate with at least 5 years of related experience (8-10 years for engineering graduate) in an enterprise or corporate sales and business development, preferably in solutions sales/ consultative sales in a technology or IT services company.
- Proven track record of selling technically complex products
- Experience selling subscription based licenses, retaining and upselling to customers
- Strong customer references around customer passion, long-term relationships, and solving problems
- Existing strong relationships with leaders within functions of human resource, recruitment, learning & development and training in large corporates & enterprises.
- This is an individual contributor role, which will require travel both local as well as an outstation.
- Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Creative and open to new ideas and adaptable in a fast-paced, start-up environment
