Role: Sr. Manager Enterprise Sales
Location: Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:- Have a customer-first mentality.

- Understand how to tell compelling stories which offer valuable and unique perspectives.
- Have a track record of being closers.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting, understanding requirements, conducting custom demos, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts and onboarding customers
- To exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by selling into enterprise accounts
- Should be able to manage and lead a team of sales professionals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by directly closing target business accounts
- Develop a strong sales pipeline, focused on the different verticals and/or geographies
- Understand client needs and requirements, across different stakeholders
- Accurate account and pipeline management with forecasting
- Collaborate with Solutions teams to work on client pursuits
- Have excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Identify Key Decision Makers by performing research and using prospecting tools.
- Perform Client-need Analysis, and track their pain points to develop a reach-out strategy.
Requirements:- 6+ years of B2B and enterprise product sales in one or more of the following spaces: CRM, Payments, FINTECH, HRMS, Sales Automation, Marketing Automation, Business Process
- Automation to VP & CXOs to large enterprises.
- Must have managed a team of sales professionals.
- Strong experience in team management, task allocations, targets setting.
- Comfortable with technology, with an ability to switch between different industries
- Demonstrated track record achieving sales growth
- Demonstrating a solution over the web meeting is a breeze for you.
- BE/MBA Degree or equivalent preferred
- The ability to analyze the customer needs and map them to solutions that address the needs will be extremely desirable.
- Proficient with CRM and sales enablement tools
- Desire to innovate and strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, in writing and orally
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Exposure to dealing with global clients and C-level buyers
