Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of enterprise account managers, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for assigned territory or industry, focusing on long-term growth and market share expansion.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue high-value enterprise opportunities, developing deep customer relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Craft compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition and address customer challenges.
- Navigate complex sales cycles, negotiate win-win deals, and ensure successful contract closure.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to optimize sales performance and pipeline generation.
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management on sales activity and pipeline health.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's /Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 7-10 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and complex negotiation techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into successful sales solutions.
- Experience in leading and motivating a sales team to achieve goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales methodologies (e. g. , Solution Selling, Value Selling).
