- Drive the client experience from understanding and identifying their challenges to helping formulate the vision towards solutioning and eventual delivery of business value
- Track, communicate, and manage project risks, budget, rates, profitability, program launch and closeout activities
- Extensive experience directly orchestrating and managing consulting teams to deliver enterprise analytics and big data projects to large enterprise clients
- Strong presence with ability to synthesize multiple points of view into a coherent action plan and to deliver point-of-view in relevant subject areas
- Willingness and ability to drive new opportunities at existing and new clients for
- Facilitation for and communication with a range of client levels and functions including C-Level executives
Leadership and Management Skills :
- Leadership and management of large high-performance teams with 10 or more team members
- Situational intelligence to manage conflict, ambiguity, and issues
- Ability to think both creatively and critically. Willing to think outside the box and challenge the status quo, while also fairly evaluating all possible solutions in making decisions
- Commercial experience of managing large scale client delivery (with budgets over 8 figures), with the ability to drive account growth through engagement and opportunity awareness
- Problem solving skills with the ability to turn findings into executable plans
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
Business Development:
- Consistently plays a lead role in identifying and winning significant net new client accounts
- Able to independently identify, pursue, and lead a team towards securing net new account opportunities
- Extensive experience responding to RFPs and proposal creation
- Experience developing account plans to grow relationships within key accounts or key areas of the business
- Able to manage revenue forecasts and staffing plans, proactively communicating changes or concerns to the organization
Education/Experience :
- A minimum of Bachelors degree with Masters a plus
- A minimum of 10 years professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years of consulting experience with an established consulting organization
- Functional experience in at least one of the following: Finance, Sales/Marketing/Services, IT.
- Industry experience in at least one of the following verticals: Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, Life Sciences, Financial Services
