The Practice- A Brief Sketch:

The Technology Strategy & Advisory Practice focuses on the clients' most strategic priorities. We help clients achieve growth and efficiency through innovative R&D transformation, aimed at redefining business models using agile methodologies.

We provide you with a great learning ground, deep-rooted in Business Strategy, where you will get an opportunity to advice and work with our key global clients, driving end-to-end transformative strategic value and business growth. As a part of this high performing team, these are some of the initiatives you will drive:

1. Business Analysis : Identifying, assessing and solving complex business problems where analysis of data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

2. Client Technology Architecture : Helping clients design, architect and scale their journey to new technology-driven growth.

3. Enterprise Architecture Transformation : Solving key business challenges by enabling an architecture transformation and charting a journey from the current state to a "to-be" enterprise environment.

4. Enterprise Growth & Innovation : Assisting our clients to build the required capabilities for growth and innovation to sustain high performance.

1. Develop technology solutions and value adding propositions and take these to market

2. Have a strong knowledge of technology trends across IT and digital and how they can be applied to companies to address real world problems and opportunities.

3. Demonstrate capacity to develop high impact thought leadership that articulates a forward-thinking view of the market.

4. Have a proven track record in working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment with effective consulting skills

5. Demonstrate a team oriented and collaborative working style, both with clients and those within the organization.

6. Lead proof of concept and/or pilot implementations and define the plan to scale implementations across multiple technology domains.

7. Understand and apply the key value drivers of a business, how they impact the scope and approach of the engagement.

8. Effectively convey both high-level and granular information, adjusting the way ideas are presented to better address varying social styles and audiences.

9. Apply your strong knowledge of technology trends across IT and digital and how they can be applied to companies to address real world problems and opportunities.

10. Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to convey technology and business value propositions to senior stakeholders.

Your experience counts!

- MBA from a tier 1 institute + minimum of 6 years of consulting experience

Your prior experience in one or more of the following:

- Understanding of the' technology stack' from infrastructure through business logic and applications.

- Business Architecture ,Application Architecture, Security Architecture, Micro services architecture, SOA and API architecture.

- Knowledge of major technologies (legacy to emerging) and passion for technology trends e.g. IoT, Mobility, Cloud, Digital, Collaboration.

- Practical use of Enterprise Architecture tools such as Troux, Mega, Alfabet, Archimate, etc.

- Experience in designing or building end to end cloud-based business solutions desirable.

- Practical experience in end to end project delivery life cycle desirable.

- Design of governance frameworks or processes.

- IT process excellence, operating model design and transformation.

- Life cycle management of technology portfolios.

- Exposure to industry frameworks e.g., TOGAF, DODAF desirable but not essential.

- Practical industry expertise across Financial Services, Retail, consumer goods, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Transportation, Hospitality, Automotive/Industrial, Mining and Resources is of interest but experience in equivalent domains is also welcomed.
