Sr. Manager-End User Computing
- Define the strategy for end user support. Align the team (people, process, technology) with the strategy.
- Build strong relationships with business partners including senior level stakeholders.
- Monitor service level targets for incidents and service requests related to end user support.
- Provide support to users in case of issues and service requests, through the regional support teams.
- Engage with global infrastructure teams and drive projects in India
- Focus on continuous process and technology improvement, identify enhancements and drive actions for improvement
- Develop a team of highly engaged associates and help them build careers
- Maintain relationship with vendors to run the operations seamlessly
- Identify and implement best practices as practiced across the regions.
- Technically strong in all areas of end user computing as well as supporting technologies
- Experience in multimedia and video conferencing support.
- Experience in building high performance teams.
- Experience in driving change and encouraging innovation.
- Experience in product development, and/or project management.
