We have an opportunity for a Senior Manager - End User Computing for one of our client.
Job Description:
- Planning and implementation of EUC initiatives and improvement programs globally
- Experience in global program management
- Work in tandem with EUC Practice and EUS Operations to improve operational efficiency
- Improve cost competitiveness through CIPs.
- Experience in Service Delivery, Service Management, Support and Maintain IT Infrastructure Operations in End User computing technologies.
- Ability to lead End User Computing Technology domains.
- Manage teams and Operation related activities pertaining to EUC.
- Effective communication skills in both verbal and written English
- Client focused with regards to service delivery
- Self-driven and able to work independently or within a team
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills (the ability to think logically through a problem)
- Must have the initiative, tenacity and commitment to see problems through to resolution
- Able to respond to and resolve client queries and requests in a timely manner
- Works well in a team
- An ability to work well under pressure
- A flexible approach with - Can do- attitude
- Ability to work at any time as business needs and provide out of hour's on-call support
- Ability to provide clear and concise documentation
- Good 3rd Party Liaison, wherever required for end User Computing technologies.
- Conducting detailed analysis of technical environments
- Knowledge and experience of handling End User Computing technologies such as Application Packaging, Software Distribution and Patch Management, Imaging, Enterprise Mobility, Virtualization, Collaboration Services such as Sharepoint and Office 365. Provide tuning and trouble shooting of storage architect and technologies.
- Work closely with other tower leads and Service Delivery Managers to ensure defined operational procedures are carried out and ability to bring or recommend changes wherever required
- Effectively applying technical knowledge to pre-sales situations and crafting solutions for clients
- Establishing and maintaining a professional working relationship at multiple levels both internally and with the client
- Providing technical consulting expertise and leadership to internal project teams and clients
- Sharing knowledge and experience through formal and informal knowledge management initiatives
- Translating customer requirements into technology solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills among vendors, clients, peers, and executives
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills to present and convince the stakeholders and achieve the desired outcome/results
- Ability to build business case and manage program level P&L
- Understand and drive Quality Programs
- Strong analytic skills to review present situations and make recommendations for the long term.
