Experience: Minimum 12 years, with demonstrated experience in:

- Experience in handling disciplinary issues.

- Handling complaints of sexual harassment.

- Handling employees grievance redressal.

- Handling absenteeism and absconding matters.

- Handling legal notices and litigation.

- Handling performance related issues

- Handling disbursement of terminal dues.

- Handling court summons, letters from police in matters involving Client's employees.

- Handling letter from advocate, third party or family members in matters involving our employees.

- Issue like family dispute, cyber-crime, civil and criminal cases involving Client's employees.

- Support in preparing process documents.

- Support to corporate investigation.

- Support to capability development team in training relating to EL issues.

- Support to HR in rebadging and mapping in M& A and Outsourcing deals.

- Support to Contracting team on EL issues.

- Advise on non-compete, non-solicitation and restrictive covenants.

- Issues relating to recruitment and exit of MDs.

Skill sets & Proficiencies:

- Ability to provide advice to employee relations, compliance, compensation & benefits, Exit and capability Development team etc.

- Ability to comprehend complex issue, brief leadership, coordinates with various teams, collate information and provide practical solutions.

- Ability to comprehend complex issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders and outside counsel in matters of legal notice and litigations.

- Ability to work with business teams to handle employment law related issues.

- Ability to perform assignment in time.

Other proficiencies:

- Acting as an independent reviewer to ensure that employment law Issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.

- Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the management abreast with EL issues.

- Ability to adapt to the new working environment and work culture.

- A team player.

Soft skills:

- Ability to make presentations.

- Team player and good interpersonal skills

- Technically proficiency.

Education:

- Minimum LLB

- Worked in a reputed law firms or multinationals company including the manufacturing environment (desirable but not mandatory).
