Job Description :
- Work with senior business stakeholders to ideate and implement employer branding and campus strategy to create a strong and differentiated employer brand
- Build and execute Talent Acquisition recruitment marketing approach, leveraging internal audience as well as third party social and digital program
- Collaborate with Business, Corporate Communications & Talent Acquisition Partners to develop and manage recruitment marketing programs, employee branding, and campaign
- Develop campus hiring strategies to meet business demands including engagement with universities, initiatives and internships
- Liaise with campus placement departments of prominent institutes to create fruitful partnerships in line with the organisation's future requirements
- Experience in a fast paced/high growth company will be preferred
- Good understanding of company brand & talent brand and understand impact on business
- Experience in program managing, developing communication plans and content calendars across multiple platforms
- Experience in campus hiring and working with University/ campus ambassadors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and analytical skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
