Senior Manager - Employer Branding & Campus Development
- Employer Branding & Campus Developing interventions to continuously improve on the Brand Study results in order to have our client as an Employer of Choice.
- Strengthening Campus Engagement to increase connect of the businesses with the campus students and leveraging the various platforms including social media to intensify the brand resonance.
- Build and maintain relationships with campus team Sponsors, Relationship Managers, and Leaders to shape and develop our presence on campus Foster strong relationships with senior university contacts whilst also supporting graduate team university relationships.
- Managing external partners including campuses, assessment & knowledge partners, marketing agencies, social media agencies, professional social networking websites etc.
- Passionately working towards enhancing |Candidate Experience | Employee Experience | Employee Advocacy | Employee Engagement | Internal Communication | Social Media. Collaborating with Business, Marketing and HR to create and execute measurable campaigns, both online and offline.
- Creating and executing strategies on channels like Glassdoor, Alumni Network, Social Media Channels etc.
- Working and learning with Global Employer Branding Champs across the company and creating best practices around employer branding.
- Working on employee communication strategies through online and offline platforms that support organization goals and business. Execute internal and external communications initiatives
