Senior Manager - Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing - Pharma

- Proven experience of working in a Talent Acquisition function in an Employer Brand/Talent Marketing role

- Oversee general recruitment process and the ways that employer brand, social media and recruitment marketing can impact the candidate experience and recruitment campaign results.

- Campaign execution and management experience

- Experience of working with external vendors

- Strong stakeholder management experience and a strong relationship builder / influencer

- Handling digital recruitment marketing strategies, including the use of social media in recruiting

- Experience of working in a global, complex organization

- Experience in using data and recruiting forecasts to build campaign strategy / approach

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
